Built in the 1950′s, the New Hope Lodge consists of five buildings containing a total of 28 rooms, each with its own personality and unique amenities. While some rooms feature a king size bed and private balcony, others have a queen or two full beds and walk-out patios.  All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, televisions, private bathrooms, and access to the pool in season.

PLEASE NOTE that registration is located at The Raven located directly across the street from the Lodge.

Cancellation Policy
• All rooms are paid in full at the time of booking. Refunds will only be honored to those guests who cancel prior to 3 days of their check-in date; a one time cancellation fee of $25.00 will be deducted from the original deposit of each reservation. Any cancellation after this period will not be refunded-no exceptions. Thank you for your cooperation.

Extra Guest Policy
• No more than 2 guests are allowed in rooms with one bed while no more than four guests are allowed in our larger rooms.  If more than four guests, please inquire about our adjoining rooms. All additional guests over 2 will be charged at a rate of $25 per night.

Check Out Time
• Check out is 11:00 AM.  If you would like to request a later check out, please let us know as soon as possible. If a later check out is feasible, a $35 per hour fee will be charged up until 3:00 PM.  Anytime after 3:00 PM will incur an additional full night rate including tax.  We cannot gaurantee late check out.

Pet Policy
• We currently do not allow pets.

Smoking Policy
• ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING. If smoking occurs in any room, a fee of $200.00 will be added to your bill to allow for proper cleaning
